Genevieve Regan is Principal Broker and Owner of Regan Premier Properties, based in San Diego, CA. Genevieve comes from two prior generations of real estate builders and investors, so was inspired early to get into the business and excel in her own right. Genevieve studied Sociology at Hofstra University then got immediately involved in real estate as a part owner of a real estate investing company with which she is still involved. She received her salesperson license from the New York Real Estate Institute, deciding to share her wealth of knowledge and eye for value with clients seeking good investments that also make happy homes. After selling real estate in New York for several years, Genevieve founded Regan Premier Properties brokerage to bring her expertise in the field of real estate and design to clients in the San Diego and Southern California area. Her California real estate designations include Licensed Real Estate Broker, Shortsale and Foreclosure Resource and Property Management Certification.
